New York Hotels Overview
If you're planning a business or tourist trip to New York, you'll most definitely want to stay in Manhattan,
the Business and Cultural center of the United States, much less New York city. Manhattan has it all in a 12 mile
long island, from Time Square to Broadway, from Little Italy to Chinatown, and from tourist icons such as the Empire
State Building to Central Park. The are also several World famous New York hotels such as the
The Plaza Hotel on Manhattan island.
No matter where you stay on the island, you are a short taxi or subway ride away. If you are in town for business,
the Downtown area near Battery Park may be of preference. If you seek more of a Bohemian experience or are in town for a
graduation at NYU, be sure to stay in the Village, near Washington Square Park. If you are in town as a tourist, Time Square
and Broadway near Midtown are good choices.
The Pennsylvania and
The Plaza are
convenient to luxury shops, museums as well as midtown offices. Finally, if your preference is to visit World famous museums
such as the Met, World famous music performances at Julliard or the Met, stay in Uptown, near Central park.
