Orlando Hotels Overview
Orlando Florida has become one of America's favorite vacation destinations featuring attractions such as Walt Disney World,
Epcot Center, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and more. To provide sufficient accommodations for all of the tourists,
hoteliers have been adding an average of 3000 hotel rooms per year and have recently past the 100,000 hotel rooms, putting
the city in the ranks of Las Vegas and New York City for hotel selection.
Every national chain including
Holiday Inn,
Howard Johnson,
Day's Inn,
Marriott,
Hilton,
Wyndham,
Radisson,
the list goes on and on - has at least one property in Orlando, and most have several.
Season is absolutely crucial to getting a good hotel rate in Orlando. The city is a Mecca for family vacationers so the
off-season is generally the times when children are bound to be in school and times when 3-day weekends are few
and far between. If you can coordinate a trip during early Fall or early Spring, you may be handsomely rewarded.
Likewise, expect heftier prices in the Christmas season, and Spring break for most Orlando hotels.
